Apple iPad App Store

These .PNG files will fill out the aesthetic and branding of your app. Click on each asset (and read below) for specific instructions on what to upload. 

The tip column on the right side of each form features pictures illustrating every step, so be sure to look there if you'd like visual cues to help you along.


App Icon is the icon that will be displayed on your users' devices. It must be .PNG format, in 72dpi resolution, with a width and a height of 1024 pixels. The icon should not have rounded corners or a reflection (this is added automatically).  

Logo is the banner used at the top of your app's Store, as well as in the "About Us" section of the app. It must be .PNG format, in 72dpi resolution, with a width of 1200 pixels and a height of 600 pixels or less. A transparent background is best - the image should be designed to look good on both dark and light backgrounds. The logo should not have rounded corners or a  reflection (this is added automatically).  

iPad Screenshots are examples of your content that will be displayed for your app within the App Stores. They can be screenshots of anything, but we recommend content covers. You can add up to 5. They must be .PNG format, in 72dpi resolution, with a width of 768 pixels and a height of 1024 pixels or vice versa. 

iPad Pro Screenshots are examples of your content that will be displayed for your app within the App Stores. They can be screenshots of anything, but we recommend content covers. You can add up to 5. They must be .PNG format, in 72dpi resolution, with a width of 2048 pixels and a height of 2732 pixels or vice versa. Optional. 

 

Apple iPhone App Store

If you're publishing your app to the iPhone App Store as well, you'll need to upload a few additional assets optimized for the device. We ask for two different screen sizes and scale accordingly for all iPhone models. 

Screenshots (iPhone 6+) are examples of your content that will be displayed for your app within the App Stores. They can be screenshots of anything, but we recommend content covers. You can add up to five. They must be .PNG format, in 72dpi resolution, with a width of 1242 pixels by a height of 2208 pixels or vice versa.


Screenshots (iPhone 4) are examples of your content that will be displayed for your app within the App Stores. They can be screenshots of anything, but we recommend content covers. You can add up to five. They must be .PNG format, in 72dpi resolution, with a width of 960 pixels by a height of 640 pixels or vice versa.

 

Android Assets

If you're publishing your app to the Google Play and Kindle Fire app stores as well, you'll need to enter some more text and upload a few additional assets optimized for these devices. Google Promo Text accompanies your promotional graphic in featured spots in the Google Play store. Optional. [80 character limit] 

Google Promo Video URL provides you the opportunity to add a video highlighting your app's top features. It's a good opportunity to show people how to use your app so they feel like experts before they've even installed it. Optional.

Amazon Short Description is a more concise version of your app description, for use on mobile devices. 

Google Play Screenshots are examples of your content, to be displayed on the details page for your app in Google Play. They can be screenshots of anything, but we recommend content covers. (A minimum of two, and up to eight!) They must be .PNG format, in 72dpi resolution, with a width of 320 pixels by a height of 480 pixels or vice versa.

Google Play Promo Graphic is only used in old devices. Optional. If you'd like to add one, it must be .PNG format, in 72dpi resolution, with a width of 180 pixels by a height of 120 pixels.

Google Play Feature Graphic is for the featured section on the mobile version of Google Play, as well as on the web version. Optional. If you'd like to add one, it must be .PNG format, in 72dpi resolution, with a width of 1024 pixels by a height of 500 pixels.

Amazon Screenshots are examples of your content, to be displayed on the details page for your app in the Kindle Fire store. They can be screenshots of anything, but we recommend content covers. (A minimum of three, and up to ten!) They must be .PNG format, in 72dpi resolution, with a width of 800 pixels by a height of 480 pixels or vice versa.

Amazon Videos are videos related to your app, placed on the product detail page in the Kindle Fire store. They're a good opportunity to highlight the key features of your app, and show people how to use it before they’ve even installed it. (Up to five!) They must be in .mpeg-2, .wmv, .mov, .flv, .avi or h>264 .mpeg-4 format, with a minimum width of 720 pixels (4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio), with a bit rate of 1200 kbps or higher.
